- Relates to the ACPA’s mission
- Complements and enhances the information on the ACPA site
- Provides credible, accurate, and current information
- Primarily offers information or education, rather than promoting of a product or service
- Applies adequate procedures for the review and updating of material
- Adheres to adequate policies regarding external links and the privacy of user data
